Is Vito vegan too?

I had to put Vito on a vegetarian diet long before I went vegan – he’s allergic to most of the animal protein. I’m cooking cooking vegetarian meals for him for over 6 years now.

When is the workshop open this year

I love seeing you and cooking together. Sadly, due to the Covid-19 crisis there are no workshops organised at the moment.

Can I download recipes from this blog?

All my recipes are protected under copyright law. You cannot cut and paste content directly from my website onto another [ yours ] unless you have my permission [ contact me at hello@vitobites.com ].
For your personal use, you can save the recipe or print it directly from the blog.

What are my favourite foods?

Everything green, sourdough, kimchi, potatoes and artichokes. I can’t live without good coffee, pickled beet juice, peanut butter and dark chocolate.

How to ask a question about a recipe?

To ask a question about the recipe, please leave a public comment on the recipe’s page. That way, other readers will be able to see the answers or will benefit from your feedback.  

Am I a professional chef?

No! I graduated in Construction Design Management [ never worked in that field ]. I’m a self thought cook, although I did worked as a head cook at one of the Hague’s restaurants. It was lots of fun and I loved doing it, unfortunately my health condition didn’t allowed me to continue
